Schupmann Success (Name subject to change) Assemblies will be on the last Friday of every month. If no school on a Friday, we will move to Thursday.

We will split the school into two groups:
  • PreKinder – 2nd 8:00 a.m. - 8:30 a.m.
  • 3rd – 5th 2:30 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. (Bring your backpacks)

The celebration committee will give us more details about our assemblies, but here are a few things that will happen at them:
  • Music as students enter cafe
  • Pledge of Allegiance
  • Star Spangled Banner
  • Every teacher will give 3 Awards:
    • The GRIT Award
    • The REACH Award
    • Legacy Award


Please make sure that your students understand the following:
Assembly Expectations for students:
  1. Hands, feet and objects kept to yourself
  2. Eyes forward
  3. All quiet when hand goes up
  4. Respect and Care for each other
Assembly Expectations for teachers:
  1. Active monitoring of your grade level and students around you.
  2. Position yourself among your students where you are needed.
  3. Ensure that students:

c. All quiet when hand goes up
d. Respect and Care for each other
4. Actively participate in assembly


Teachers and paraprofessionals are expected to review these expectations before leaving for an assembly. Teachers and paraprofessionals are expected to consistently monitor students and hold them accountable for following expectations. Teacher and paraprofessional proximity to students is paramount.
